Lemon (Citrus aurantifolia "Lime Sublime")

Citrus aurantifolia "Lime Sublime" is a dwarf variety of the Key Lime tree, which is a small, thorny citrus tree native to Southeast Asia. "Lime Sublime" is a popular variety of Key Lime that is grown for its compact size and high yield of small, juicy limes that are perfect for cooking and baking.

This variety of lime tree is ideal for container gardening or small gardens, as it typically only grows to about 6-8 feet tall and 4-6 feet wide. It prefers well-draining soil and regular watering, and it should be placed in a sunny spot to ensure optimal growth and fruit production.

The fruit produced by the "Lime Sublime" tree is similar in taste to regular Key Limes, with a tart and slightly sweet flavor that is perfect for making pies, tarts, and other desserts. It is also commonly used in savory dishes, such as marinades, sauces, and dressings.
