Standard Delivery Fee: A flat rate of $69 applies for shipping, accommodating any quantity of plants in pots/bags up to 500mm, regardless of the destination within the specified state or region.

Non-Standard Delivery Fee: For trees in pots larger than 500mm, or for plants not listed in our web store, or those sourced upon customer request from a different state/location, a customised shipping quote will be provided.

Locally Grown: Our plants are locally grown, making them well-adapted to the weather conditions of the state to which they are being delivered to.

Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the plants, please inform us upon delivery. We will gladly take back the plants and process a full refund, including any associated delivery fees.
