Upto 300mm: A flat rate of $79 applies for shipping with Unlimited Plants accommodating any quantity of plants in pots regardless of the destination within the specified state or region.
400mm and upto 100ltr Pot Size (Large): A flat rate of $99 applies for shipping, accommodating any quantity of plants in pots/bags up to 100ltr, regardless of the destination within the specified state or region.
Above 100ltr and upto 200ltr Pot Size (Large): flat rate of $249 applies for shipping, accommodating only one tree in a full pallet, regardless of the destination within the specified state or region.
Above 200ltr and upto 300ltr Pot Size (Large & Heavy): A flat rate of $449 applies for shipping, accommodating only one tree in a full pallet, regardless of the destination within the specified state or region.
Above 300Ltr Pot/Bag size (Extra Large & Heavy): A custom quote is provided before or after Order (call us on # 0731803440 for a quick quote)
Non-Standard Delivery Fee: For trees larger than 300ltr pot/bag size, or for plants not listed in our web store, or those sourced upon customer request from a different state/location, a customised shipping quote will be provided.
Quality Assurance: Our dedicated team ensures quality checks, coordinates deliveries, and communicates every step with you until your order is safely delivered to your doorstep.
Locally Grown: Our plants are locally grown, making them well-adapted to the weather conditions of the state to which they are being delivered to.

Change of Mind :
Once an order has been placed and processed from our end, we are unable to offer refund for any change-of-mind purchases. Please reach out to us and discuss your requirements with our friendly team as soon as possible. -
Damaged or Diseased Plants :
If your plant arrives damaged or shows signs of disease, we will happily provide a full refund upon verification. -
Other Refund Requests :
If a refund is requested for reasons other than damage or disease and the plant delivered is confirmed to be healthy, a 50% administration fee will apply. The remaining 50% will be refunded to cover handling and operational costs.
