Casuarina 'Green Wave' is a variety of the plant Casuarina equisetifolia, sometimes known as the Australian pine or she-oak. An evergreen tree species called Casuarina equisetifolia is indigenous to Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific Islands. A chosen cultivar of this species recognized for its distinctive foliage traits and capacity to withstand windy and coastal environments is called "Green Wave."
A medium- to large-sized tree called "Green Wave" can reach a height of 60 feet (18 meters) and a spread of 20 to 30 feet (6 to 9 meters).
